Training Program

Our training program is designed to maximize each client's athletic ability.  We will train the athlete to focus on the physical and mental part of sports.  This program intends to improve speed, agility, flexibility, endurance, strength, vertical jump, lateral movement, and mental toughness.  We want our clients to know that by training the mind and body individuals will have a greater chance of achieving the success they are looking for.

Part 1 Evaluation

Test vertical jump, flexibility, agility, speed to get a base line of the client's ability.

 Part 2-Conditioning

We will train the athletes mind and body and prepare it for their up and coming seasin and for part 3 of our training program.

 

Part 3-Skills Training

We will tailor our training to the specific sport the client plays to maximize their potential. 

USG will push each client until they reach their max and then we will push again.  Our trainers believe in preparing the mind for struggles that a client will face on and off the field, thus our training sessions are intense. 

Our trainers will not hurt any of our clients and they believe in giving clients proper rest during work outs and plenty of chances to hydrate their bodies.
